Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must initiate the return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

  • Ghillie Suits: Custom-made and tailored to specific requirements.
  • Holsters: Personalized or custom-fitted items.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number. Ship the item to the address provided in the instructions.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Process

Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Elite Tactical.
